WHAT IS HEARTLAND
WINS?
Heartland Wins is a Federal super PAC (political action committee), set up to help flip Missouri's second Congressional district. We organize local volunteers and lift their voices to create the electoral and political change that we need in order to move Missouri forward. We know that in order to create true change, we need to work and grow year-round, not just during the traditional campaign season.
WHAT MAKES THIS RACE WINNABLE?
Anyone who tells you that this race is a guaranteed win or loss is just making things up. The truth is that it's too early to know anything for sure. But we can see that there is already a very real Trump backlash in elections. Furthermore, in 2018, we saw a historic backlash in the midterm elections after the first two years of Trump's first term. While it's still very early, there are reasons to think we might see an even bigger backlash in 2026.
WHAT WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE?
All the work. It's a lot. But if we start now, it's not overwhelming.

Quite simply, we need to run a campaign without focusing on a candidate. Instead, we need to start knocking doors and talking to voters about what truly matters to them. Just like us, they're alarmed and scared by what they see from Trump, and we need to be out there having these conversations, not only to capture valuable data, but also to let voters know that we care and that we're fighting for them.
